  • We care for children of all ages, from infants through school-aged children. Our caregivers are trained to work with various age groups, and we customize activities and care approaches based on the ages present at your event.

  • No — childcare is provided on-site so parents remain close and can check in whenever they'd like. This gives families peace of mind while still allowing them to fully enjoy the celebration.

  • Yes, all materials, games, crafts, and activities are provided by us. We bring everything needed to create a fun, engaging space for children, including age-appropriate entertainment, quiet activities, and comfort items.

  • Absolutely. All of our sitters are professionally trained, thoroughly background-checked, and insured. We only work with experienced childcare professionals who share our commitment to safety and quality care.

  • Yes — we offer personalized care plans and one-on-one support for children with special needs, sensory sensitivities, specific routines, or other individual requirements. Just let us know your child's needs during booking.

  • Simply fill out our inquiry form with your event details. We'll respond within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll finalize details and send a booking agreement.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). For best availability, we suggest reaching out at least 2-3 months before your event date.

  • Our ratios depend on the ages of children in care. Generally, we maintain a 1:3 ratio for infants/toddlers and up to 1:5 for older children. We adjust staffing to ensure safe, attentive care for all age groups.

  • Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and we can also provide hotel/overnight care for multi-day celebrations.


  • Our caregivers are experienced in comforting children. If a child is inconsolable or needs their parent, we'll discreetly notify the parent immediately. Since care is on-site, parents are always nearby.

Booking & Payment

  • Events are confirmed upon signed agreement and deposit

  • Remaining balance due prior to event date

  • Multiple payment methods accepted

Cancellations

  • Cancellations with adequate notice receive full deposit refund

  • Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to a fee

  • Rescheduling available subject to availability

Safety & Supervision

  • Care is provided on-site only unless overnight care is booked

  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for emergency medical decisions

  • All caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified

Health & Special Needs

  • All allergies, medical needs, or special requirements must be disclosed in advance

  • We cannot administer medication unless documented permission is provided

  • Sick children cannot be cared for to protect other children
